ivanastab: Zrenjanin is a town in the eastern part of Vojvodina where my godparents used to live and where we would sometimes visit them and where once, on an extended visit, I ended up sick and hospitalised but I’m not sure what for. I always liked Zrenjanin and my godparents and their children and used to think that their son and daughter’s room was the most interesting thing in the world. The daughter was a gymnast who wrote poetry. Now she’s a professor of languages or something. I can’t stand the son. He stayed with us when he visited Australia and we just did not get along. The parents are cool. The water in Zrenjanin was yellow and smelt bad but it was a lovely town as far as I remember.
